Featuring Burçin Terzioğlu, Lancôme wanted to introduce their Triple Serum, which incorporates three serums in one product.
That’s why the film opens with a question: “Is it possible to achieve the effects of three serums with one product?” The innovation and the product content of the new Rénergie Triple Serum are conveyed to the audience with demo shots. After the product is applied, Burçin Terzioğlu’s fuller, brighter, and younger-looking skin is revealed.Then the product content, its usage, and the positive result on the consumer are conveyed to the audience within the course of the film.
The gray dot in the decor represents the product’s bottle. For this reason, we used the “frame in frame” technique in the shots that emphasize the change in the skin after its application. All these “vibrant, bright, and youthful skin” concepts are emphasized within the framework of the product.
After the application and showing the benefits of the product, there is a break in the film. With this transition, we see Burçin Terzioğlu posing more confidently. This sequence, in which sound design comes to the fore, is the part where we were able to convey the movie’s finest emotion to the audience. Moving from Burçin Terzioğlu’s beauty poses with faster cuts to the “call to action” enabled us to create a stronger emphasis.
