When Socrates told us that they want to announce their new broadcast season with a brand new project, the whole process became a challenge for us from day one. Because we decided to create an anamorphic installation, not just a film.
“The thing that impresses me the most about anamorphic works is that you must walk around them to really understand the format. I would love to invite the audience to our commercial set and show them the project live.”

This is how the Socrates Anamorphosis Project was born. Our goal was to bring the symbolic brand logo of the magazine to life in 3D, in a physical environment by using sports equipment, based on their motto: “Whatever you look for about sports is behind this logo”.
When we started working on this project, which was filmed at the Hasköy Yarn Factory, our art team collected dozens of products from many different sports branches, from boxing to basketball, from skiing to golf.
First, a 3D animatic was designed. Then while working on the animatic, the messages we wanted to deliver on screen and the music were selected. Finally, based on the 3D model, our art team completed the installation of the letter S.
"As soon as I realized that I could get perfectly lost in the letter S, I knew we were doing the right thing.”
